When she was 12 years old, her family migrated to the Bronx, beginning a new chapter that eventually led her to earn an engineering degree from SUNY Buffalo. The joy and appreciation those gifts received lit a spark. Not long after, Pat partnered with a fellow church member who already ran a dessert business. That collaboration gave her the perfect entry point into the world of professional baking, allowing her treats to reach more hands and hearts.

In time, Pat felt called to expand her creativity and step out on her own. She launched Pat’s Delites, a dessert company rooted in her heritage, her generosity, and her love for sharing sweetness with others.
